Who we are

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry, you provide us with your name, email address, an optional telephone number, and the content of your message. The contact forms pass your enquiry to our mailbox through Resend, an email delivery service. If the form cannot be sent, your own email application is opened instead and the enquiry reaches us as an ordinary email. We process this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps prior to entering into an engagement (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies.

Third-party services

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) as necessary to deliver the site. Enquiries sent through the contact forms are delivered to our mailbox by Resend, an email delivery service acting on our behalf. All typefaces are served from our own domain, so no data is sent to font providers.

Retention

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, and thereafter only as required by applicable legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed only where required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana.
